From what Celia said when I talked to her last month, they were definitely trying but since dimensional stuff is so large scale it's hard to get too specific in their targets ┐(￣ヮ￣)┌
It does make sense that they'd at least want people with experience dealing with danger for a project like this, and I guess having abilities probably crosses over with that a lot~?
