[ Chuuya's still known weirder people. Having rat friends is fine, honestly. It sounds like Bruno has a better idea about architecture than Chuuya does, though he shrugs at the comment that not everyone wants to sleep on the ground. Honestly, he doesn't want to, but it isn't because he's not able to. Chuuya's been through worse and he's survived, but that's no reason to have to. ]
I think it'd be nice, as a waypoint, to have platforms for that? Probably should have a stash of some kinda supplies, too.
You could say that, yeah. Kinda hard for most people to remain on a totally even keel when they're jugglin' a brand new soul and...changes. [ Chuuya is hardly immune to that, although he's too fiery to be that calm most of the time, anyway. Mostly he's settled on perpetually grumpy, here... ]

[ Chuuya, meanwhile, isn't going to be shifting for his own purposes. No one needs him to be a shadowy monster at this point in time anyway...maybe later. Right now he's examining the shoreline and looking to see if there's any animal tracks for the mutants they're meant to bring in, hoping to find something that they don't need to take down from perfect health. It's not like he minds killing but he suspects Momo would prefer finding something already dying, and that would be easier anyway.
He does glance out to see what Momo is up to a few times. Just keeping an eye on things in case he needs to haul the guy out. ]

Makes me want to sit here doing fuck all so they get no useful data, really. [ But that's just the words of someone who grew up as a science experiment, spotty though most of his childhood memories are. Chuuya isn't too inclined to be helpful when he isn't asked personally or told to do so by someone he trusts at the very least. Not like there's much to be done about "not reacting" when sometimes the soul takes over, but he's stubborn enough to try it at least. ]

I haven't heard him mentioned, but admittedly...not the best person to ask. If you run into Momo, try askin' him - he's way more chatty with the locals than I am. [ Why is he just pushing this off on someone else...but it's true. Chuuya's snooping has had less to do with talking to people and more to do with breaking and entering. He knows his strengths. ]
[ The foot thumping startles Chuuya a little, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern to it. Dazai's not trying to say anything, then. He's gone completely nonverbal and non-communicative, which is somehow even more annoying than the usual. Chuuya keeps his gloved fingers pressing into Dazai's neck, applying pressure to the bite. ]

To be fair, I don't think this was the kind if thing any of us had to deal with back home...mostly. [ As a guy who did actually have something extra in him back home, Chuuya has some very particular things he could say about it. But moving on... ]
